I reached out to a patron that has offered tech help in the past and he said yes! And would like to donate the budget stipend back for devices! Yay!
Getting feedback from colleagues that tablets are a nightmare even with in house tech help.
I'm also getting pushback from town admin about adding any tech to our IT plan. I had wanted to be able to add tablets with at least one meeting staff needs for photos, posting and texts so we can stop using personal devices as well as a couple for the patron side as we have only one patron lap top currently. Good Grief and Happy Friday.

Hi Joan
For a jumping off point I would look to your staff, community, volunteers and or local teachers to see who is available to facilitate. From there share with potential facilitators the list of workshop topics and see which ones are a good fit. It is also helpful to figure out what are the most common technology questions your patrons are asking.
Hope that is helpful.

Subject: Basic Curriculum to Begin --Not Digitally
Hi, We need some suggestions for curriculum to begin with that does not involve digital. Then also recommendation for beginning digital once we get started. We are new to the Cohort and need a jumping off place as soon as possible, as we need to get it ordered. Any help will be appreciated.
