    Good morning all,

    I thought I'd share my recent experience in case anyone should find it helpful: The curriculum for this class assumes that all participants will successfully create a personal zoom account in Activity 1. Doing so requires that participants be able to access their e-mail and receive a verification code from zoom. Of my six participants, only two knew their email account passwords. They were senior citizens who only ever access their emails on personal devices that do not require them to enter their passwords. I had to improvise for the rest of the class, which of course meant other unforeseen road blocks. I would recommend letting all participants know that they will need their email log in information during this class!!

    Awesome. Thanks for the info. I have this class scheduled for the month of January. I am now teaching the email class. Hopefully this will help when we get to this part of the curriculum.
