    Hi everybody-

    Happy Spring!

    This is the final call to participate in this survey.

    I am conducting a survey with Dr. Emily Knox at the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign about Library Services for Sexual and Reproductive Health Information.

    If you are a public librarian in the United States, I would be so honored if you could take 10-15 minutes to fill this survey out. I would also be so grateful if you could forward this survey to any other public librarians in your network.

    The information collected in this survey is totally anonymous- no identifiable information is collected. The results from this survey may be published in journals, professional publications, or educational presentations.
