    Below is the agenda and connection information for the NMRT Executive Board Fall Meeting on Friday, November 4th, from 3-4 PM EST.

    2. Establishment of quorum (introductions)




    3. Approval of minutes from ALA Annual Conference 2016 Meeting (Nicole)




    4. New Business





      1. Proposal to change function/membership of Vice Presidential Commitee and President’s Program Committee (Amanda/Karen Doster, chair of VP Planning Committee - proposal attached)




      2. “Meet your Board Member” blog posts (Melanie, Chair of Communications Committee - template attached)




      3. Treasurer Update (Lesley/Easter)




      4. Update on New Publishing Platform for Endnotes (Easter and Josh/Tammy, Endnotes Committee Chairs)




      5. Reports from Other Board Members - If you have any questions/announcements from the committees that you supervise, I want to give some time for you to bring them forth.   In particular, I want to hear from the following board members:





        1. Leadership Development Director




        2. Outreach Director




        3. Member Services Director




        4. Networking Director





    5. Announcements





      1. Please remind your committee chairs that if they still do not have access to any spaces they need to have access to on ALA Connect, to request access via Connect
