    Hello eveyone,

    Attached to this message is the RTCA proposed bylaws template that was created in response to the  Forward Together recommendation for standardizing bylaws, governing structures, and dues across the Round Tables. RTCA pulled together a Bylaws Taskforce which meet several times during the past year to draft these recommendations.  The draft is now ready for review and feedback. Feedback is being collected through this form: RTCA Bylaws Task Force: Feedback on Bylaws Template Draft  All feedback must be sent by February 1, 2021. 

    Red font has been used     to note instances where the task force has recommended a point of standardization that goes beyond simply bylaws uniformity.

    In early February, the RTCA task force will meet again to finalize the template, using the feedback we receive. Once finalized it will be shared with the Forward Together Working Group.
