4) Finalizing the LHRT 2012-13 budget (15 minutes--Latham)

5) Support for the Spectrum Presidential Initiative (10 minutes--Glynn)

6) Library History Seminar XIII (15 minutes--Kimball)

7) Representation of Information & Culture on the Winsor Committee (15 minutes--Glynn)

8) Report of the committee appointed in June 2011 to look into the possibility of a new journal (30 minutes--Latham)
