Still looking for 1-2 people to join a short-term budget working group (ideally completing our work by early fall). Current members of the working group include the incoming and outgoing chairs, incoming secretary/treasurer, and ALA liaison.
The objectives of the working group are to revise LHRT's current budget spreadsheet for greater clarity, accuracy, and transparency, while conforming to ALA requirements.
This will involve verifying current/anticipated costs (documenting how to obtain these) and devising ways to integrate documentation with the budget, possibly through use of multiple sheets within an Excel document.
