    Greetings!

Do you have personal or archival stories about women who have been instrumental in establishing, leading, staffing, restoring, integrating, innovating, or funding public libraries? I'd love to talk with you or receive your leads.

I'm an independent scholar/author writing the book America's Libraries: Finding the Women Who Help Make Them. I'm traveling the US for seven months to visit libraries and collect material. In the next few months I'll be traveling through the Midwest and Northeast.

Thanks in advance! You can reach me here or at mark.carl.rom@gmail.comrl.rom@gmail.com
