Public Policy and Advocacy Office-Origin Documentation?

The ALA Washington Office was founded in 1945. At some point after 2015 the name was changed to  Public Policy and Advocacy | About ALA

The pdf at the PPA page on the ALA Website provides a history of the Washington Office from 1945-1995. But there is nothing to indicate when the name changed from Washington Office to PPA Office occurred.

I cannot find a citation to the date when the formal name change took place from Washington Office to PPA. It may be in Executive Documents or minutes, but I cannot find news about this change in American Libraries.

I would appreciate knowing where I might find documentation of the name change.

    -Thank you.
