    Dear Colleagues,

    I am pleased to announce a new publication that focuses on DEI and community-based librarianship. The citation is:

    Poole, Alex H., "'Get our feet wet and hands dirty': Black Community-Based Librarianship and the Fight Against Information Poverty, 1940-1975," Proceedings of the Association for Information Science and Technology 60 (2023): 353-367.

    This paper received the Best Long Paper Award at the Association for Information Science & Technology's (ASIS&T's) Annual Meeting as well as SIG-USE's Information Behavior Diversity Award.
