I add to articles on library history to Wikipedia sometimes. I have been working on the page for the
National Commission on Libraries and Information Science - Wikipedia  and added a section about the White House Conferences on Libraries (1979 and 1991).
I am especially interested in state level conferences in 1978 and 1990 that were precursors to the national conferences.
There isn't a lot of documented information about state level conferences and Wikipedia does require citations. If anyone has anything about state level conferences that was written up for a state newsletter or journal, please send me the citations. I have looked at various databases and not found much.
    Thank-you.
