    Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspectives in the Bartz v. Anthropic Amicus Brief ALA Survey. Your insights are invaluable in understanding our membership's views.

The ALA's Bartz v. Anthropic amicus brief is widely viewed as not protective of intellectual freedom and public goods.

I've published the results in my weekly Infophilia, A Positive Psychology of Information - a regular channel for research and updates about our love of information and connections: Does the ALA's amicus brief in Bartz v. Anthropic protect intellectual freedom and public goods? Survey results, Part 1.

Part 2, which will include a thematic analysis of the rich, open-ended responses and final recommendations for the ALA will be shared shortly.

Thank you again for your engagement.

    Best wishes,

    Anita
