The Intellectual Freedom Round Table (IFRT) provides a forum for the discussion of activities, programs, and problems in intellectual freedom of libraries and librarians.

The IFRT Members Community group is the central hub for discussion, library and events. It is visible to all ALA members but only IFRT members can participate in the conversation.

    The ALSC Professional Recognition and Scholarships Committee is currently accepting online nominations for the 2024 Distinguished Service Award!<u1:p></u1:p>

    This award honors an individual member of the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) who has made significant contributions to, and an impact on, library service to children and/or ALSC.<u1:p></u1:p>
