Is IFRT or any website allowing us to monitor  litigation against state statutes criminalizing librarians, like the federal case pending in Idaho? At most, I understand that this website tracks pending statutes.

ALA maintains a legislation tracker here: https://www.ala.org/advocacy/adverse-legislation-states.   The bill type is to the right; bills addressing criminal prosecution for obscenity are identified as such.

The Public Policy and Advocacy Office, with support from OIF and other units, monitors a range of adverse legislation, including state legislation that threatens to remove exemptions or defenses to criminal obscenity prosecution, or create new criminal statutes.  ALA works in cooperation with its state chapters to address adverse legislation, taking the lead from the state chapter and its legislative committee or volunteers.
