    Hello IFRT Members!

I'm Amanda, the new chair of the Round Table as of the end of the Annual Conference. It was wonderful to meet with so many of you in Chicago. Making connections is one of my favorite things about being involved in ALA.

A new leadership year is upon us, and I wanted to let you know that there will be no meeting of the IFRT Executive Board in July. Committee appointments are in progress, and I hope to be able to provide you all with an updated roster soon.

Remember, you're always welcome to volunteer to be involved in IFRT. We have nine committees that carry out the work of the round table and you can volunteer to be considered for committee membership. There are still a few spots open, so take a look at the committee charges and let us know via the form on that page if you think your time and talents would be useful to the work of IFRT. You'll stay on our lists for consideration in the future even if we're not able to place you on a committee this year.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, comments, or ideas.

Thanks for being a part of our community!

    My best,
