Calling all privacy educators and scholars!
We are issuing an open call for participants to join Libraries Stand for Privacy: National Forum on Privacy Literacy Standards and Competencies. The forum, an IMLS-funded project, will convene scholars and practitioners of privacy and privacy literacy education to develop consensus frameworks for privacy literacy work in public, school, and academic libraries across the K-20 educational spectrum.
The forum will be held
- Mon.-Tues., March 10-11, 2025 at the
- Penn Stater in State College, PA (map via OpenStreetMap), and
- Simulcast online.
A limited number of in-person opportunities are available. In-person participants are eligible for
- Two nights accommodation at the Penn Stater, and
- Prepayment and/or reimbursement of eligible travel expenses and incidentals.
