    ***Please pardon cross-posting***

We are conducting a research survey on the preparedness of academic libraries to handle book and material challenges. If you are a librarian, library assistant/staff member, or administrator at an academic library within the United States, please consider taking this survey. The survey will ask questions about your experiences, preparation, and comfort level in handling book and material challenges.

The survey should take no more than 15-20 minutes, and no personally identifying information will be collected. It is anticipated that the survey will not cause you any discomfort, and you are free to discontinue participation at any time without negative consequences.

This survey instrument has been reviewed and approved by the University of South Carolina Office of Research Compliance.

To access the survey, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BKCPWCP

Thank you in advance for your consideration,
    John and Jonathan
