Now more than ever, ALA needs strong intellectual freedom fighters in leadership positions. You can learn more about running for ALA President and Councilor at Large during our Town Hall on August 3 at 12:30pm EST. A recording will be available after the event. The webinar will cover the role and responsibilities of an elected leader, an overview of the nomination process, and an interactive Q&A segment. Please register in advance for the event. Additional information about the process can be found on ALA's website

I am currently serving on the Nominating Committee, so let me know if you have any questions.
