The Intellectual Freedom Round Table (IFRT) provides a forum for the discussion of activities, programs, and problems in intellectual freedom of libraries and librarians.

The IFRT Members Community group is the central hub for discussion, library and events. It is visible to all ALA members but only IFRT members can participate in the conversation.

    Dear Colleagues,

    ALA is seeking nominations for ALA President-Elect (a three-year term with one year each as President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past-President starting at Annual 2023) and Council (three year terms starting at Annual 2023). This is an opportunity for IFRT to represent!

    Please consider nominating yourself or someone else by registering and filling out this form.    More information can be found in this press release.
