Teresa,
The round table does work with publishers to get sponsorship, and that creates the basis for what games and gaming materials are available for libraries to possibly win. This year there are over 1200 physical giveaways and over 100 digital giveaways. In addition there are 300 discount codes to be given away to various sponsor's online stores.
In general we prefer one registration per system, but with large enough systems we often times get multiple library staff registering for their individual locations. If you want to highlight your campuses you can use the open field to describe the campus and their programming.
I hope that this helps,

Subject: International Games Month Registration Help
Hello, everyone!
I want to register my library as part of ALA's International Games Month for this year. Does anyone have experience doing this? Is there a separate procedure for a multi-campus college? Does ALA send any giveaways or games for the library's collection?
Thank you for your help!
