Reminder: GameRT is recruiting volunteers to staff our booth at ALA Annual!
Will you be in San Diego for ALA Annual 2024? Hang out with other GameRT members and help spread the word about GameRT events and initiatives by volunteering to staff the GameRT booth at ALA Annual!
If you'd like to volunteer, please fill out this form to indicate your availability: https://airtable.com/apprRcizC7EUAQW7V/shrns37kb68U3kSHx
The GameRT booth is in the Graphic Novels & Gaming Pavilion, so we're in the coolest spot on the exhibit floor! Our booth is typically active with visitors wondering what GameRT does, what events we have, and where they can find our conference events. We hand out cool gaming stickers, there will be open gaming in our gaming lounge, and you can meet fellow GameRT members!
Booth duties involve:
-
Interacting with conference attendees
-
Answering questions about GameRT
-
Sharing information about GameRT events
-
Helping with open gaming tables, potentially helping to teach/play games
We also have a few events where we'll need volunteers to track attendance; they are also available on the form.
If you have any questions, please send them my way!
