    Hi, everyone.

We're looking forward to seeing you and ALA Annual Conference 2026. We're also excited to see the return of Banned Books From the Big Chair for ALA Annual Conference!

We need your help to make it happen! The amazing team from Sage Publishing will be running the booth and recording the videos. We need volunteers to help attendees find the perfect banned book or sign for their photos and videos, collect release forms, and help move people through the booth.

You can find the volunteer form here: Banned Books from the Big Chair Volunteer Sign-up (ALAAC 2026)

This is a great opportunity to network, talk up your roundtable or projects, and meet other attendees. We expect several authors will also pop in, so you might have a chance to talk to them as well!

More volunteers means that more people will have a chance to participate. Please share this opportunity with your colleagues. Thank you for signing up!

    Aubrey
