I have a colleague in the Netherlands, Dr. Tatia Gruenbaum, who has created some incredible materials on children's literature about the Holocaust. She was responsible for developing a children's book exhibit at Bergen-Belsen that ran for six months in the latter part of 2025.

She has another project now called EPIC - Everyday People, Incredible Courage, an e-mapping project on a Padlet of picture books and graphic novels that portray those who helped save the lives of Jewish people during the Holocaust.  The project aims to share and remember the people who resisted and the measures that went into the acts of courage, allyship, and friendship during this dark period of history.

The book that goes along with the project is here.
