You may have noticed that there's no one on the EMIERT ballot for EMIERT Councilor.  I am interested in serving EMIERT in this position.  I have been on the EMIERT Executive Board as the chair of the Jewish Information Committee and have served on the EMIERT Chair's Program Committee since 2019, so I am aware of the opportunities and issues for EMIERT.  I was the LLAMA Councilor several years ago, so I know what being a representative means, and I commit to communication to and from ALA Council and EMIERT.  I hope you'll write my name as a write-in candidate for EMIERT Councilor.  Thanks, Emily Bergman
