    Greetings to all,

If you missed yesterday's conversations with Sam Helmick and Dr. Ray Pun, ALA's 2025-2026 presidential candidates, please view the video below.  ALA elections will take place March 11, 2024 - April 3, 2024. Thank you to KC Boyd, ALA's incoming chair, for coordinating this event and to Richard Ashby Jr. for moderating.  Thank you to all EMIERT Board members for their excellent work and commitment to multiculturalism in libraries.   Also, don't forget to join EMIERT at ALA's Annual Conference in San Diego for our annual chair's program and David Cohen Award ceremony, independent author poster session, Taste of the Town, and Read-A-Thon (sponsored with Literacy Nation).  Join us in Cosplay and come dressed to EMIERT events as your favorite book character!
