Less than one week until I will see you all in New Orleans! I hope you are as excited about helping do the work of AASL as much as I am. We all need each other and a strong professional association now more than ever!
I am attaching the Concerns and Commendations that have been submitted for discussion in NOLA. Please understand that the Affiliate Assembly Executive Committee has already been discussing these. Not every concern and commendation will be brought before you on Friday night as the EC will be eliminating a few of them on Friday morning for various reasons. Some are already being worked on by AASL, some will be combined, and some of the commendations do not follow all of the guidelines. I will give you the reasons for elimination before we begin our discussions on Friday night.
I hope you will have the time to read these before we begin our meeting on Friday night. I think having these available on Connect will give you time to consider them, and our discussion will be better informed because of this posting.
