Hello folks!
Our NH Association conference planning team is considering making a change to a new event management platform for 2026. We have been pleased with the functionality of Whova for a number of years, however the pricing model is becoming prohibitive for the size of our conference. We primarily need an option that provides scheduling, speaker profiles, file management for handouts/presentation files, and virtual sponsor/exhibitor space. I seem to recall one of the state associations had shared positive experiences with Hopin (now Ring Central) a few years ago, and we have used Sched in the past (and may reconsider using that again.)
