Strategic Marketing and Outreach Library, Kennesaw State University

Due to Kennesaw State University’s unprecedented growth and increased funding and support for its libraries, and due to the recent retirement of three senior-level librarians, the KSU Library System is currently recruiting for five librarian faculty positions, with one additional posting expected in late spring 2018. These positions reflect the Library’s and the University’s continued commitment to excellence in transforming its collections, services, facilities, and staffing. Position 3:

Strategic Marketing and Outreach Library (Position Number 43000773)

Research and Instructional Services Unit. Librarian Assistant Professor Rank. The annual salary is set and non-negotiable at $47,376. The position is open until filled, with a desired start date of July 1, 2018. Complete electronic applications received by 5pm May 1, 2018, given first consideration. Required Qualifications Include: Master’s degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited program or foreign equivalent. Experience in library outreach, networking or building support of libraries among community stakeholders is desirable.
