DIRECTOR OF COLLECTIONS
Western Washington University Libraries seeks a dynamic, knowledgeable, and successful Director to provide leadership and vision for the Scholarly Resources and Collection Services Division, comprised of five managers who direct the work of an additional 15 employees.
As a leader, the Director fosters an environment of effective communication and collaboration, and has a demonstrated ability to promote teamwork, equality, and inclusiveness. As a member of the Libraries senior management team, the Director is committed to working in a collaborative and participatory environment to shape strategic directions for the Libraries.
This is a full-time, 12-month, tenure-track faculty position – rank and salary to be determined by professional experience.
