    NC LIVE is seeking to fill the position of Instruction Librarian during what is an exciting phase in the development of the organization. The Instruction Librarian will lead all aspects of NC LIVE’s instruction program.  This program will ensure that library professionals at NC LIVE member institutions are familiar with NC LIVE resources, how and when to use them, and how to effectively incorporate them into their own library’s curricula. The person in this role will be responsible for performing needs assessment; establishing learning outcomes; developing synchronous and asynchronous instructional content; delivering instruction sessions to library professionals; promoting the instruction program; and measuring learner success and satisfaction. This person will also serve as liaison to one or more Advisory Committees.
