Core Technical Services Workflow Efficiency Interest Group

I am seeking some guidance on developing reasonable productivity expectations for cataloging. We are a small public library with a full-time (40 hours/week) cataloger responsible only for affixing barcodes to items and cataloging them (spine labels, covers/laminate, etc. are done by someone else.) The scope of the work is a mix of adding items to existing bibs, bringing in records and converting them from AACRII to RDA. Does anyone have any reasonable benchmarks of items per hour for such work? 

I would assume it would be faster than original cataloging.

Our average is 3-6 records per hour for original cataloging and 6-10 records per hour for copy cataloging. I think just affixing barcodes would be faster than either of those.
