I'm trying this out as an experiment and will stop if the group thinks I should.

I've just published an article about retired librarians in the Journal of Library Administration with the title "The Case for Research and Publication in Retirement." I've shared this article on my Facebook page under "Robert P Holley."

Once again, if this isn't an appropriate use of this discussion board, I'll remove the link and not do it again.

I think it's just fine to share this publication. We want people to know that retired people are still involved with the profession

Thank you for sharing this article; I am new to this forum, recently retired (July 1) but planning to remain active in my areas of librarianship (Open Access and scholarly communication in research libraries). Seeing news of this article was helpful to my understanding of the benefits of belonging to this group. Thank you for sharing it!
