Hi, everyone -- I need to get our MW meeting time scheduled. (Due 9/18.)
The new MW schedule allows these times:
    • 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
    • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
    • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Not available on Sunday)
    • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
    • 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM (Not available on Saturday)
    • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Only available on Saturday)
    • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    • 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Only available on Saturday)
    • 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
My preference is 3:00-4:00 Saturday for the business meeting and 4:00-5:00 for the book club.  We always have a lot more to say and I'm sure we can stay in the room after 5 p.m.  [I know that this conflicts with the Council/Exec Bd. update but I *think* the Gala Author Tea has been moved to Sunday afternoon at MW.]

If you have any strong objections to this time, let me know as soon as possible.

I prefer not to conflict with the ASCLA Board and the COPE meeting on Monday.
ASCLA used to meet on Friday and Monday morning.  I'll check and see when they are meeting in Philly.

Now that I've completed my term on the Committee on Accreditation, I don't have any conflicts so that almost any choice during the weekend is OK with me.
