I want to thank Lisa for interviewing me.  It was a fun set of questions.  I answered them quickly the day before I left for a long-planned trip to New Zealand.  When I reread my answers, it seemed as if I accomplished so much all by myself.   I wish now I had taken the time to give credit to the people I worked with.  Karen Strege and I worked as a team to create the Library Support Staff Certification (LSSC) program.   The American Bulgarian Library Exchange (ABLE) came about because of the hard work of Iskra Mahailova and Anna Popova from Bulgaria and Rebeca Miller and me from the US.   And my long-time consulting was successful because so much of it was done with Liz Bishoff.  I did very little alone and I'm proud to have accomplished quite a bit on teams of talented and creative people.
