It's that time of year again, and I hope that those of you going to Annual in Chicago will sign up to work in the RMRT Membership Booth.  We had great volunteers last year who were able to talk to attendees about our group.  It's super easy...you can tell them about our program at Annual, some of the new people that you have meet because of our group, and some of the things that we have been doing.  I'll have talking points for you in a folder at the booth. And there will be staff to help you if there are any questions.

The booth is located in the membership pavilion which is in the center of the exhibit floor.  It needs to be manned during the exhibit floor hours Fri - 5:30 pm - 7 pm, and Sat and Sun 9 am -  5 pm.

Please look over your schedules and let me know when you can volunteer. Annual will be here before we know it!

I am a new member as of 2013 and would like to volunteer staffing the exhibit booth. At this time I can staff Friday from 6:30-7. I will also be able to volunteer for Sunday, but not sure of exact time as do not have my schedule finalized.

Thanks Mary and Ruth for volunteering for the booth.  I have you down at the times that you asked.  I still have plenty of spots left if others  can find time to put it in your schedules.  It is a very rewarding experience.  You will enjoy talking to those newly retired and telling them about our group.
