Latest Book: Reading Dangerously from the Freedom to Read Foundation.  The history of FTRF of defending the right to read through litigation and advocacy.  Includes examples of books they defended, including The Hate You Give, Thirteen Reasons Why, and cartoon books such as Bone.  Ends with an analysis of future challenges by Jamie LaRue.  Written in 2020, LaRue predicts the increased censorship and challenges by conservatives.

Latest Movie:  Northmen.  We are sorry we went.  It is the story of a young man whose uncle kills the child's father.  Years later, the son seeks revenge.  Graphically bloody and violent, with rape and random murders of women and children, shots of split stomachs and intestines falling out, with a sword going through a nose and past the brain.  With dreary and dark cinematography, the sun doesn't shine once in the whole movie.  Half the dialog consists of grunts, screams, and howls.  There are no good characters in this movie.  Only go if you love blood and violence.
