    To Whom It May Concern: 

     

    Hello. Our names are Lauren Geiger and Cathy Austin, academic librarians at Mississippi State University Libraries. Currently, we are conducting a survey study to explore how early-career academic library employees feel prepared for taking on management and leadership roles. This research is for residents of the United States who are 18 years or older; if you are not a resident of the United States and/or not 18 years old or older, please do not complete this survey. 

     

    Participation is minimal and requires the answering of a questionnaire, which should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous, and responses will only be used for scholarly purposes. This research has been reviewed and granted Exempt Determination according to Mississippi State University's Human Research Protection Program (HRPP)/Institutional Review Board (IRB) procedures for research involving human subjects (Protocol ID TBD).
