    Hi everyone! I'm Kristine, new to NMRT and excited to be back with ALA after a 15-year hiatus. I have an MLS and started out as a youth services librarian, but it's been a while since I worked in a traditional library. These days, I work for a non-profit travel company that focuses on education for lifelong learners. I've realized we could really benefit from a dedicated librarian position-something we don't currently have. I'd love to hear from anyone who works in a non-traditional library setting-what's your experience like?
