    NMRT is seeking nominations for 1 elected position: Treasurer

     

    NMRT needs you! We welcome candidates with all levels of experience from committee chairs to 1st time roundtable members.Below are a summary of responsibilities of each position (see Handbook for more details):

    Treasurer: Three-year term (July 2026-June 2029). Spends the 1st year onboarding and learning about Treasurer duties from the current NMRT Treasurer. Serves as a point of contact regarding NMRT budget for committees.  The second & third year they work with NMRT President and ALA Staff Representative to craft and submit NMRT's budget each year.  In their final year helps to onboard the future Assistant Treasurer. Contributes to Executive Board Meetings and share budget updates as needed.
