ALA's New Member Round Table is hosting a second annual virtual,
"Coffee Hour" on Friday, June 5th at 2 PM EST.
Topic: "Librarians Make Me Nervous: Let's (Gulp) Talk About It."
The coffee hour is a collaborative session designed for folks who want a welcoming, honest space to talk about the parts of professional life that can feel awkward or overwhelming, especially for introverts or those still finding their footing. But this event is also for extroverts who want to support their colleagues. All librarians and LIS students are encouraged to attend. Let's share our barriers and strategies to overcome them with each other!
Bring a beverage, bring your questions, bring your awkward stories, or just bring yourself!

It's not too late to register and meet up online with your people! Register here: https://ala-events.zoom.us/meeting/register/upfMOz1NTiWOX8bO9vkPRw.
