I'm in an academic library and we do incorporate it into displays and programming. Displays are just one with a bunch of books of poetry, and a cork board upfront where we try to have something more interactive every month. For poetry Month, I put up a tree i cut out of paper and its the Poet-Tree (saw it online, thought it would be something goofy enough to encourage engagement). I also ran a Poetry Contest that I am announcing the winner of just this morning!

Hello ALA Members!
The NMRT Online Programs Committee encourages your input on this month's topic!
Do you incorporate poetry into your library programming or displays? If so, how do you promote poetry to your patrons? Do you collaborate with local poets, schools, or academic departments?
Please share your thoughts in honor of National Poetry Month.
With kindest regards,
Sylvie
