Are you interested in sustainability in libraries? Are you NOT an ALA Sustainability Roundtable member? SustainRT is in the process of setting our strategic plan for 2025-2028, and we need your help! We are using the appreciative inquiry framework to guide our strategic planning process, so we need to hear from stakeholders at all levels – which includes you!
We are holding two focus groups: one for SustainRT members, and one for non-SustainRT members who work in libraries. The one-hour focus group meetings will be completely virtual and take place in late February/early March. During the focus group meeting, we will ask you generative questions that focus on SustainRT's strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and desired results (using the SOAR acronym). Volunteers who are selected will receive a $25 gift card.
