    Deadline for workshop and presentation proposals: Friday, February 28, 2025

    The Planning Committee for the State University of New York Librarians Association Annual Conference is accepting proposals for pre-conference workshops, panels, presentations, spotlights, and lightning talks.

    This is an in-person conference.

    If proposing multiple sessions, submit a separate form for each one.

    Presentation options:

    Pre-conference workshop
    Date: June 18, 2025
    Length: 90 minutes
    Workshops are active training sessions where participants have the opportunity for hands-on practice or time for critical thinking and application.

    Presentation or panel
    Dates: June 19-20, 2025
    Length: 50 minutes

    Spotlight
    Dates: June 19-20, 2025
    Length: 20 minutes
    If you don't think your topic needs a full 50 minutes but longer than lightning talk, then consider sharing with a spotlight talk.

    Lightning talk
    Dates: June 19-20, 2025
    Length: 10 minutes

    Poster (Call for poster proposals will come out in March)
    Date: June 19, 2025
