    Creating a Library Marketing Plan - November 17 & 18, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm CST

Having a good marketing plan in place and enabled will help you create a data-driven actionable blueprint to deliver the results you want. Effective marketing of your library's services involves going beyond creating displays and posting on social media. The way you market your library can help you better communicate about your library and build better conversations and relationships with patrons. A marketing plan is a document that supports your library's vision and mission through different methods of outreach. In this workshop, learn how to create a successful marketing plan: from carrying out a marketing audit, setting objectives and devising budgets to writing, presenting, and implementing the plan.
