    Thank you to @nicole.lamoreaux for sharing this event for current and former student chapter leaders coming up on Friday! Details below:

    When:  Dec 17, 2021 from 06:00 PM to 07:30 PM (ET)
    Associated with  Student Chapter Leadership
    On Friday, December 17th, the Queens College ALA student chapter (QCLISSA) will be hosting a crisis training event, led by Norma Alicia Moreno, LCSW.  Ms. Moreno will be speaking with participants about recognizing when a patron is experiencing a crisis, diffusing emotionally charged situations, and giving methods for making recommendations for appropriate resources.
