    • Estimated Revenue
      • Changed the amount of revenue expected for the preconference from $4,000 to $3,000.
    • Estimated Operational Expenses
      • Administration/ALA HQ support
        • Added Bank S/C. This has been a consistent expense that we have not had in our previous budgets.
    • Estimated Programming & Promotional Expenses
      • President
        • Reduced Pre-Conference Program Rental due to related consistent expense  (A/V Equipment Rental & Labor) not included in our previous budgets.
        • Added Audiovisual Equipment Rental & Labor expense.
        • Dropped EL membership for EL participants
