    Hello,

I hope you all are doing well and are safe! For me, I try to keep myself busy, or at least keep some semblance of a routine. I know if I just sit all the time, my mind will wonder and that's no good. However, it is also important to not overload myself with things to do and make sure I take time to relax. Everything done in moderation, even in quarantine.

    Be well,

Thank you, Victoria. I think that is all great advice. I have also found at home workouts, listening to music, and journaling to be beneficial as well.

I hope you are staying healthy and safe during this time.

    Best,
    Nicole
