    It's that time of year! ALA's New Member Round Table (NMRT) is looking for mentors and mentees to participate in its Mentorship Program!

    The NMRT Mentoring Program offers Mentors (librarians with more than 5 years professional experience) and Mentees (librarians with fewer than 5 years professional experience) the chance to connect with another professional in the field, discuss professional issues, and learn from each other. ALA membership is required to participate, NMRT membership is optional but encouraged.
