This report reflects activities around Information Technology and Libraries during the calendar year 2021. The Editorial Board spent a significant amount of time this past calendar year reflecting on the journal’s and the Board’s role in fostering a more diverse and inclusive environment for our authors and our readers. We approached all planning and strategic activities with this lens in mind.
