    Library/Organization: Southeast Florida Library Information Network (SEFLIN)

    Position Title: Director of Staff Development

    I am the Director of Staff Development for a regional consortia in Southeast Florida where I work with continuing education professionals and organizations to provide a high-quality professional development program for libraries of all kinds: public, academic, special, and museum/archives. I am a part of the Professional Development Alliance, a collaborative initiative with library consortia across the country and the Professional Development task force of the Florida Library Association's Intellectual Freedom Committee. 

    I would love the opportunity to utilize my experience and passion for continuing education in library staff of all levels/types and contribute to LearnRT in a greater role as a Member at Large on the Executive Board.
